задачи
- Run the full discovery cycle, including hypothesis generation and validation, CustDev, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making;
- Shape the product strategy, backlog, and roadmap;
- Write PRDs and business requirements;
- Decompose tasks and manage a small team;
- Launch features from idea to release and optimize them after release.
требования
- 3+ Years of product management experience in fintech, banking, or payments, including cards, accounts, transfers, or loyalty;
- Strong discovery skills, including interviews, funnels, cohorts, hypotheses, and prioritization;
- Understanding of banking processes and regulations, including payments, issuance, compliance, and risk;
- Ability to manage a team and work with cross-functional stakeholders;
- Nice to have: experience with AI tools in products, knowledge of agile and discovery methodologies.
