Product Manager

Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd is a member of Raiffeisen Bank International, an international banking group operating across Central and Eastern Europe. The bank develops financial solutions and builds trusted relationships with its clients.

• Develop non-credit products and services within an agile organizational structure;
• Propose digitalization solutions for banking products and services and automate processes to create a superior customer experience;
• Test and implement business, process, and technical solutions;
• Participate in managing product and service pricing and profitability;
• Prepare proposals for internal and external decision-making bodies;
• Create presentations, analyses, and regular and ad hoc reports;
• Monitor and correctly apply banking regulations;
• Monitor innovations, trends, and developments in domestic and international banking markets.

• At least 3 years of experience working with banking products for individuals, including payment accounts, account packages, savings products, and bancassurance products;
• University degree in economics with 240 ECTS;
• English at an upper-intermediate level (B2);
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word;
• Nice to have: ASEBA BI experience, proactive approach, innovation, customer orientation, analytical skills, and ability to draw conclusions quickly.
