Collaborate with sales, delivery, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to advance platform goals;
Build a deep understanding of how tech enterprises and marketplaces service their customers;
Embed payment experiences within partner platforms to facilitate cross-border money movement;
Lead a team of engineers to deliver products at pace;
Own the vision and roadmap for the team;
Champion Wise Platform across the organization and liaise with other product teams to integrate features for platform customers.

Strong strategic thinking skills;
Experience in product management within a cross-functional environment;
Ability to work autonomously and lead engineering teams;
Deep understanding of tech enterprises and marketplace business models;
Nice to have: Experience with embedded finance products, experience working with commercial teams.
