Product Manager

Peec AI is a venture-backed startup focused on developing AI-driven software solutions.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for core features;
• Define clear product requirements and success metrics in collaboration with leadership;
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Sales, and Growth teams to design, develop, and launch new high-quality features;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction;
• Use the product daily to understand user experience and identify improvement opportunities.

• 2-5 Years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment;
• Experience working in PLG (Product-Led-Growth) environments, including driving onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention;
• Appreciation for beautifully designed, intuitive products with an eye for delivering exceptional user experiences;
• Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, or search technologies;
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to go from high-level vision to detailed execution;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across disciplines;
• Passion for understanding users and solving real problems through product innovation;
• Nice to have: Academic background in Computer Science or a technical field, experience working at a high-growth venture-backed startup, previous experience building AI-driven or search-related products.
