The company is a leading fintech organization focused on the development and scaling of credit card and credit line products.
задачи
- Improve and scale existing credit card and credit line products;
- Identify opportunities to increase issuance, portfolio growth, and product usage;
- Develop and launch new product features that support stable and sustainable growth;
- Evaluate the current state of the products and identify opportunities for the next stage of development;
- Build and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and expansion plans.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech, lending, cards, or related financial products;
- Proven track record of launching or scaling digital products;
- Strong experience working on credit cards and/or credit line products;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive product decisions;
- Ability to understand customer needs, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into product improvements;
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering, design, operations, risk, and business teams;
- English B2.
