• Build, maintain, and evolve core product artifacts, including product catalogs, definitions, feature inventories, and roadmaps;
• Maintain and update the overarching UATP product roadmap;
• Translate high-level product vision and ambiguous problem spaces into clear, structured artifacts and actionable next steps;
• Support feature prioritization efforts by structuring inputs, scoring frameworks, and trade-off analyses;
• Break down complex product problems into logical components and recommend paths forward;
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and shape new products and enhancements;
• Translate product strategy into clear documentation, presentations, and internal-facing materials;
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
• Prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and synthesize action items;
• Track decisions, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions across multiple initiatives;
• Maintain momentum across workstreams operating at different levels of clarity and maturity;
• Ensure alignment and forward progress across product, engineering, and business teams;
• Serve as a tactical interface between Product and the UATP Development Team;
• Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to clarify requirements and track progress;
• Connect strategy to delivery by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and unanswered questions;
• Participate in high-level strategic discussions and detailed execution conversations;
• Support the Managing Director of Product in structuring and formalizing product strategy;
• Prepare internal communications, status updates, and leadership materials;
• Analyze product challenges and surface options, risks, and implications for decision-making;
• Bring structure to evolving product ideas and low-information problem spaces;
• Proactively ask questions, challenge assumptions, and drive clarity;
• Seek to understand the broader product landscape, market context, and strategic rationale;

• Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a closely related role, 4+ years;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience building or maintaining product documentation, roadmaps, or feature inventories;
• Ability to take loosely defined problems and turn them into organized approaches or deliverables;
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight;
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative product development environments;
• English level Upper-Intermediate and above;
• Nice to have: Baseline understanding of airlines or payments.
