• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to drive metrics such as CR, ARPU, and D1 retention;
• Own a growth stream, including monetization, conversion, or new funnels, and prioritize experiments within it;
• Analyze data using Amplitude or BI tools to identify opportunities and propose solutions;
• Collaborate with developers and designers to execute experiments end to end;
• Conduct user interviews to connect user behavior with actionable insights.

• Proven experience running experiments from button tweaks to end-to-end journeys;
• Ability to use Amplitude, spreadsheets, and dashboards independently;
• Experience in at least one growth area such as CRO, monetization, onboarding, or funnel launches;
• Proactive mindset with the ability to generate ideas and take action;
• Experience working in small, fast-paced teams;
• Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity;
• Curiosity about user behavior and motivations;
• Nice to have: Experience in a small, fast-paced team environment.
