Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end and drive its growth.

As part of our Product team, you'll be fully accountable for outcomes — from identifying the right problems to shipping solutions customers actually use. That includes the growth too: activation, engagement, monetisation, and expansion across Enterprise and PLG. You'll work closely with our Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing teams to make sure what you build is meaningful and converts to revenue.

You'll report to the VP of Product.

Location: Brussels - hybrid setting, min. 3 days per week at the office.

• Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through design, engineering, shipping, and iteration.
• Map how AI is reshaping Mobile Marketing, form a clear point of view, and translate it into a differentiated product direction — including identifying 0-to-1 opportunities and driving them from blank page to launch
• Talk to customers regularly and synthesise what you learn into clear, prioritised product bets.
• Define success metrics upfront and use them to evaluate whether what you shipped actually worked.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to move quickly from concept to shipped product.
• Use AI tools actively to prototype ideas, explore concepts, and validate direction before a spec is written.
• Make hard prioritisation calls with limited information and defend them clearly.
• Own activation, engagement, and monetisation for the product area. Define what good adoption looks like and build the path that takes customers from trial to expansion, across both PLG and Enterprise motions.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product Growth to design and execute go-to-market, from positioning and pricing decisions to in-product activation and long-term retention.

• 3+ years in a Product Manager role at a B2B SaaS company. You've owned a product area independently, shipped end-to-end, and operated without hand-holding in complex situations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or another relevant field.
• Experience owning a growth or monetisation outcome: not just shipping features, but driving activation, conversion, or revenue, and understanding what moves the needle.
• Comfortable operating across both PLG and Enterprise motions: you understand how product decisions play out differently in each, and how to build for both simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your product process: whether that's prototyping with Lovable, exploring ideas in Cursor or Claude Code, or using AI to validate direction before a spec exists.
• Strong analytical instinct: you pull insights from product data, use them to challenge assumptions, and know the difference between a trend and noise.
• Clear communicator at every level: crisp specs that engineers trust, presentations that land with leadership, conversations with customers that lead to strong product discovery.
• Experience with App Stores, Mobile Marketing, ASO or, SEO.
• Background at a company with PLG and/or Enterprise motions.
• A working understanding of how AI-powered search and ranking systems work under the hood.
• Experience with pricing and packaging decisions, understanding how product and monetisation interact.
