Product manager

Ralph is a modern AI property management company from Berlin. We are looking for top talent to rethink property management—the largest asset class in the world. We build our own software (operating system and vertical AI) and combine this technology with decades of industry experience.

• You define the product vision for our owners' portal and internal operations dashboard and develop clear roadmaps from it.
• You translate complex property management processes into efficient, scalable digital processes—and understand how AI delivers real value in this context.
• You work closely with Julius (CEO), Cip (CTO), and our in-house property management team to understand real-world requirements and turn them into concrete product decisions.
• You prioritize features, manage the development process end to end, and ensure smooth collaboration between Design, Development, and Operations.
• You conduct market and user research to validate requirements and sharpen our product strategy.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI applications into our own operating system
• Develop prototypes for our AI ERP system
• Mobile app for owners and tenants (e.g. with automated applications for and visits to apartments)
• Design an inbox feature for the daily task management of our property management team
• Design a control tower used throughout Germany for the leadership team
• Conduct user tests for the latest AI features to optimize the ticketing system

• At least 4 years of experience in product management or experience in consulting
• Structured, analytical way of thinking: You approach problems from the ground up and do not stop until you understand the cause
• Curiosity and ambition to delve deeply into complex workflows, and an interest in working directly with German-speaking Operations teams
• Hands-on mindset: You get things done, enjoy building things, and think entrepreneurially
• You listen well, are empathetic, and draw out the information you need in conversations
• Flexibility of mind: You adapt your way of working when AI changes processes
• Structured way of working, strong reliability, and personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and openness to new challenges and digital tools
• German: C1 or higher
• English: C1 or higher
