задачи
- Own and develop the EAM product roadmap, strategy and backlog.
- Translate customer requirements into product features, user stories and development priorities.
- Work closely with engineering, UX and commercial teams to drive product delivery.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Support the continued development of software used to manage critical energy infrastructure.
требования
- Experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within software.
- Exposure to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM) or related asset-centric software.
- Understanding of asset management processes within utilities, energy or other asset-intensive industries.
- Experience working with Agile development teams and technical stakeholders.
- Будет плюсом: Experience with electrical utilities or transmission and distribution grid operators would be advantageous
условия
- Salary up to €85,000.
- Full-time position based in Serbia, with hybrid working.
- Ownership of an established enterprise software product with an international customer base.
