Product Manager

Edenred PayTech

Hybrid – Swindon, Wiltshire or Paddington, London

You’ll work closely with technology, compliance, operations, and business teams to deliver valuable, scalable, and compliant product solutions.

• Experience in a Product Manager role, ideally within payments, fintech, banking, or compliance-led environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working closely with developers, analysts, and business teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, self-starting approach
• Experience with Agile ways of working
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance business needs, client requirements, and operational improvements
• Experience with compliance products, AML, fraud, KYC, or regulatory reporting
• Experience working with third-party suppliers or platforms
• SQL or data analysis skills
• Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French
