• Own the product vision and roadmap for the merchant portal, backoffice, payment widgets and cashiers;
• Own end-to-end UX across payment processing, routing, reporting, reconciliation and configuration;
• Define information architecture, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes;
• Own a shared design system across paytech products;
• Develop AI-assisted workflows, including contextual assistants, proactive monitoring, anomaly detection and natural-language analytics;
• Design global-by-default experiences for multiple devices, languages including RTL, currencies, time zones, white-label brands and accessibility;
• Partner closely with the CTO, Head of Engineering and cross-functional team on product direction and UX.

• Proven experience owning payment cashiers, hosted payment pages, checkout flows or payment widgets end to end, from discovery to launch;
• Portfolio of products defined and launched, not just features coordinated;
• Strong UX judgment and hands-on experience with Figma or equivalent;
• Comfortable running user interviews and validating solutions;
• Technical fluency in APIs, frontend architecture and performance;
• Confidence working directly with engineers;
• Practical understanding of AI-assisted product experiences, including human-in-the-loop workflows, explainability and permission-aware data access;
• Professional English;
• Nice to have: experience with merchant portals, payment operations back-offices or orchestration platforms, frontend/UX engineering background, ability to prototype, experience with payment orchestration, acquiring or PSP platforms, multi-tenant/white-label SaaS experience, experience shipping AI assistants, anomaly detection or NL analytics in B2B products.
