Nordeus creates mobile sports gaming experiences. Its games include Top Eleven, a football management game, and Golf Rival, a mobile golf game.

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from early planning through development, launch, and post-launch
• Turn product goals into realistic delivery plans with defined scope, estimates, dependencies, milestones, and quality expectations
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and changes, and raise issues early
• Assess trade-offs, make recommendations and decisions within scope, and follow through when plans change
• Improve delivery by adapting the approach, building team ownership, and addressing recurring problems

• 5+ Years of experience leading complex product or game development projects across creative and technical disciplines, with ownership of delivery outcomes
• Experience leading projects end to end and handling risks, changing priorities, and unexpected issues
• Ability to turn incomplete or complex information into a clear, realistic plan while keeping sight of the bigger picture
• Ability to communicate risks and problems early, distinguish facts from assumptions, and propose recommendations or next steps
• Ability to create an appropriate level of structure and ownership for a team
