Process manager in international banking

MBANK is a leading financial institution in Kyrgyzstan, actively expanding its international payment infrastructure and correspondent network. We are seeking a proactive Process / Project Manager to join our International Banking Department in Bishkek.

• Design, document, and streamline international settlement processes (SWIFT, alternative payment channels, LORO/NOSTRO accounts).
• Act as a key bridge between International Banking, IT engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Product teams.
• Conduct technical/operational correspondence and communications with international partner banks.
• Draft clear business requirements (BRD), technical specifications for IT, SLAs, and process flowcharts.
• Organize testing, integration, and deployment of new payment systems and corridors.

• In Process/Project Management, Business Analysis, or Banking Operations (focus on SWIFT, International Operations, or Correspondent Banking).
• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (for formal correspondence and international communications).
• Deep understanding of SWIFT standards, LORO/NOSTRO account operations, and basic AML/Compliance workflows.
• Strong communication, cross-functional project coordination, and process mapping abilities.
