Operations manager

• Manage operationally and financially all functions for which services are provided at the hospital facility in Kokshetau, Kazakhstan.
• Manage contract processes within the service scope.
• Manage maintenance and repair activities for the mechanical and electrical equipment at the facility.
• Develop existing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
• Monitor subcontractor companies.
• Ensure that the necessary permits and documentation are obtained for the work within the scope of responsibility.
• Monitor service quality indicators, performance criteria and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with public authorities, hospital management, contractor companies and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor the implementation of emergency, disaster, business continuity and crisis management plans.
• Take the necessary technical, administrative and operational measures to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of hospital activities.
• Prepare management reports on technical and administrative activities and present them to senior management.
• Carry out budget management, cost control and resource optimization activities.
• Monitor compliance with legislation, standards and quality management systems.
• Manage continuous improvement, digital transformation and efficiency-enhancing projects.

• A bachelor’s degree from a university.
• Good command of Russian.
• At least 12 years of experience.
• Experience in business/facility management.
• Experience in finance/financial affairs or technical facility management.
• Strong leadership, team management, coordination and representation skills.
• Well-developed analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in reporting and performance management.
• Experience in maintenance and repair management/organization.
• Effective use of MS Office programs.
• Previous experience managing a team reporting to them.
• Currently residing in or able to reside in Kazakhstan.
