shyftplan provides an all-in-one shift-planning solution for industrial customers. Its software simplifies complex workforce scheduling, reduces costs, and actively engages employees. The company is expanding toward a comprehensive factory workforce platform covering workforce management, shopfloor execution, qualification development, and strategic personnel planning.

• Lead complex rollouts for top customers through clear and collaborative project management;
• Identify and design the optimal use of shyftplan with customers, including integration into existing system landscapes;
• Lead onboarding workshops for key users and project teams, independently and with colleagues;
• Help develop AI-based solutions and internal tooling to make onboarding processes technologically advanced and highly efficient.

• Hold a completed university degree, preferably in business, computer science, or a STEM field;
• Have relevant project management experience, such as in consulting, a corporation, or an agency;
• Communicate confidently and clearly with customers;
• Enjoy teamwork and remain open to discussion and feedback;
• Be enthusiastic about digital tools and software;
• Think analytically, make pragmatic decisions, and take a hands-on approach;
• Be occasionally willing to travel for customer meetings;
• Have native-level German and fluent English for everyday work (B2/C1).
