ISG International Service Group provides IT services and consulting and is strengthening an international nearshore project involving digital platforms, integrations, and technologically complex systems.

• Define the execution approach and keep teams aligned;
• Manage priorities, capacity, costs, and commitments;
• Identify risks and unblock situations that could compromise delivery;
• Track indicators and communicate project progress objectively;
• Coordinate initiatives related to digital platforms, integrations, or technologically complex systems;
• Promote more consistent and effective working processes.

• Senior experience in project or service management;
• At least four years of direct experience in technology environments;
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall;
• Experience using Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools;
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, schedules, resources, and budgets;
• Ability to communicate with technical and executive stakeholders;
• Fluent Portuguese and advanced English;
• Structured, autonomous, and collaborative approach;
• Ability to lead through alignment and credibility without direct hierarchical authority;
• Nice to have: familiarity with cloud, DevOps, APIs, or distributed systems.
