COFCO International operates in food and beverage manufacturing and international trade and development, delivering technology and business transformation initiatives across global and regional teams.

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of assigned IT and business transformation projects;
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and status reports;
• Coordinate business, IT, and third-party teams around objectives and deliverables;
• Track progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions;
• Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations;
• Support project closure, including handover, documentation, and lessons learned;
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and technology teams;
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and clarify business needs;
• Translate business requirements into project objectives and delivery plans;
• Provide project updates and reporting to sponsors, steering committees, and leadership teams;
• Promote communication and collaboration across global and regional teams;
• Apply project management methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks;
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes;
• Support the preparation of business cases, project charters, and governance materials;
• Contribute to portfolio planning and prioritization activities when required;
• Coordinate internal and external project resources;
• Monitor vendor performance and support delivery commitments;
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and resource planning;
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery practices and ways of working;
• Share lessons learned and contribute to project management standards, tools, and templates;
• Support organizational transformation and change management activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline;
• Experience in project delivery, PMO, business transformation, or related roles;
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive activities across teams;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Proactive mindset focused on delivery and continuous improvement;
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority;
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English;
• Nice to have: PMP certification or equivalent, experience in an international environment.
