The company operates in banking and offers an IT Project Management role within the Project Management force supporting the IT Transfer Agency domain. The TA Engineering team connects IT, operational teams, and business stakeholders across the CIB 2S ecosystem.

• Define and refine detailed project plans and project governance;
• Coordinate project delivery with IT, legal, security, and TPRM teams and ensure quality;
• Ensure smooth communication within the project team and with the sponsor;
• Monitor the budget, spending, and project trajectory;
• Identify and mitigate risks, propose approaches to resolve issues, address dependencies, and follow up on action plans;
• Document project governance and weekly status updates;
• Organise workshops with internal and external stakeholders;
• Document IT workload through macro estimations.

• 2+ Years of experience in a similar position;
• Hands-on experience in IT project management, coordination, or vendor management;
• Demonstrable experience with IT project frameworks;
• Ability to coordinate across locations and teams and define, document, and run governance for a project portfolio;
• Experience with periodic controls and strong attention to detail and quality;
• Organisational skills to meet deadlines and manage several projects in parallel;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including IT supplier exposure;
• Excellent written and oral communication in English;
• Nice to have: Understanding of the Transfer Agency domain, technical background in software development.
