• Plan and coordinate team operations;
• Manage the development pipeline;
• Maintain an uninterrupted product development cycle;
• Manage risks and scope changes;
• Keep processes and documentation up to date;
• Communicate effectively with the project team and other company departments.

• Proven experience in managing IT or GameDev projects;
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and spreadsheets;
• Strong planning and prioritization skills;
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks;
• High level of self-organization and a systematic mindset;
• Strong constructive communication skills across different disciplines;
• Ability to handle ambiguity and quickly structure chaos;
• Nice to have: Experience in mobile GameDev, solid understanding of the game development pipeline (Art, Animation, Development, QA), experience in preparing a game for Soft Launch and/or operating live projects post-release.
