• Accelerate Time-to-Market (TTM);
• Audit the current software development lifecycle (SDLC) to identify and eliminate bottlenecks;
• Design and implement engineering and project frameworks to reduce delivery cycles;
• Ensure predictable and transparent feature delivery without compromising quality;
• Act as the primary technical partner for the product organization (CPO, PMs, Designers);
• Take ownership of the business backlog from a technical execution standpoint;
• Align engineering efforts and resource allocation directly with business and product goals;
• Set up, scale, and manage robust SDLC processes;
• Introduce and enforce effective IT project management frameworks tailored to the product's needs;
• Establish a single source of truth for delivery status, risks, and timelines;
• Synchronize efforts across engineering, product, and design teams;
• Resolve dependencies and blockers in the delivery pipeline;
• Build structured execution systems;
• Validate product requirements against technical feasibility and system constraints;
• Provide reasoned, data-driven pushback to the product team and stakeholders;
• Present technical strategies, progress, and risks to C-level executives.

• Deep expertise in SDLC setup and optimization;
• Advanced IT project management and Delivery Management;
• Strong grasp of various project frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
• Ability to track, measure, and improve the TTM metric;
• Deep understanding of the product approach and product creation/development lifecycles;
• Knowledge of product analytics to support data-driven engineering decisions;
• Ability to manage and prioritize a business backlog from an engineering perspective;
• Strong architectural understanding to evaluate the feasibility of product requests;
• Ability to map business requirements to technical execution plans;
• Proven expertise in managing modern tech stack, high load, distributed architecture, microservices, event driven, syn/async, k8s, and CI/CD;
• Strong software development background;
• Fluent Russian and English.
