• Drive digital transformation by connecting business needs with technology solutions;
• Support the definition, design, and implementation of IT initiatives;
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver tangible value;
• Coordinate projects, initiatives, or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders;
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation activities;
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field;
• Proven experience in IT transformation, functional analysis, and solution design;
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into technology solutions;
• Experience working across multiple systems, applications, and technologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills;
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset;
• English (fluent, written and spoken);
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid);
• Nice to have: Experience contributing to digital transformation, process optimization, or system implementation projects, exposure to enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar business applications.
