Sanity Group improves people's quality of life in Europe through the use of cannabinoids. The company focuses on pharmaceuticals, cannabinoid-based wellbeing, and cosmetic products, while researching new medical products, innovative dosage forms, and technological solutions to develop infrastructure.

• Support the setup and opening of new clinics, including finding doctors and clinic partners;
• Coordinate legal work related to clinic setup in collaboration with partners;
• Manage the launch of the first clinic in Warsaw, including being on-site for the first two months to establish operational procedures;
• Provide hands-on support for site selection, vendor coordination, and onboarding local staff;
• Take ownership of the multi-clinic rollout and coordination across markets.

• Native Polish and fluent English;
• First hands-on experience in operations, project management, business development, or community management;
• Highly structured and organized approach to work;
• Ownership mindset and entrepreneurial energy;
• Hands-on mentality and comfort with ambiguity;
• Strong communication skills for working with doctors, staff, and legal partners;
• Willingness to be on-site in Warsaw for the first two months;
• Nice to have: Experience from working student roles, internships, or side projects.
