• Assist senior project managers with defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables for technology-related projects;
• Track project progress and prepare status reports;
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders;
• Manage project documentation and risks;
• Collaborate with IT teams, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure systems meet user needs;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes;
• Support the implementation of digital transformation efforts.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify issues;
• Proficiency in program management and project planning to organize tasks and monitor milestones;
• Knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure;
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field (or final year student);
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project), familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies, proficiency in English and Georgian.
