Acba Bank OJSC operates in the finance, banking, and insurance industry.

• Analyze current IT project management and related processes, identify ways to improve their efficiency, and initiate necessary changes through feasibility studies and needs assessments for new solutions;
• Plan project activities and resources, and manage execution timelines;
• Coordinate Agile events and remove impediments hindering team productivity;
• Manage cross-functional teams using servant leadership principles;
• Execute time management and continuously monitor progress;
• Prepare analytical reports for stakeholders based on performance data.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT sector;
• Hold higher education in IT or Management;
• Have deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle;
• Have fundamental knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Estimate required resources and perform actual cost calculations;
• Have excellent command of English for professional and technical communication;
• Nice to have: Banking/FinTech project experience, PMP or ACP certification, expert-level knowledge of Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence), MS Project, JQL, dashboard visualization tools, Agentic AI frameworks.
