• Manage end-to-end delivery of software implementation and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution;
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle;
• Lead cross-functional and distributed teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and DevOps specialists;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations;
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery;
• Coordinate implementation and integration of enterprise solutions, APIs, and third-party systems within financial and digital platforms;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory frameworks while maintaining comprehensive project documentation;
• Track project performance, resource utilization, and key delivery metrics, driving continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in project management for 3+ years;
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies;
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage priorities, resolve blockers, and drive projects toward successful delivery;
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• English proficiency from Upper-Intermediate and above;
• Spanish proficiency from Upper-Intermediate and above;
• Nice to have: Project Management certifications such as SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent, French language proficiency.
