Glovo operates as part of the Delivery Hero Group, a pioneering local delivery platform headquartered in Berlin, Germany.

• Drive LaaS direction by taking end-to-end strategic ownership of the Logistics as a Service vertical and scaling operations with major partners in Kazakhstan;
• Scale the 3PL ecosystem by strategically leading and managing Third-Party Logistics partners to shift them into proactive, high-performing fleet management companies responsible for courier acquisition, retention, and strict compliance;
• Own partner operations excellence with a hyper-focus on user experience metrics at the partner level, optimizing crucial performance bottlenecks such as partner Preparation Time and avoidable waiting time of couriers;
• Operate inside a high-bar autonomy framework without regular day-to-day supervision to identify process cracks, establish operational protocols, and execute rapid mitigations under extreme saturation or seasonal crises;
• Lead strategic negotiations and own commercial and operational negotiations with major accounts, distributors, and external providers to secure cost savings and improve the bottom-line P&L.

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar;
• Bring 2–4 years of robust project management experience inside high-velocity operational environments like foodtech aggregators, quick-commerce, retail logistics hubs, or on-demand express delivery;
• Demonstrate exceptional capability in handling external vendors, structural pushbacks, and building long-term contractual frameworks;
• Apply a data-driven mentality with strong analytical skills to make decisions based on data and good business judgment;
• Possess problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude;
• Act as an owner with a natural bias for action, push for things to happen, and remain result-oriented;
• Feel comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace;
• Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and experience interacting effectively at multiple levels of the organization;
• Manage workload efficiently, juggle multiple priorities, and stay on top of follow-ups;
• Speak and write fluently in English and Kazakh.
