SMYK Group is an international retail enterprise operating children's goods stores.

• Manage multiple e-commerce projects simultaneously;
• Plan and organize projects by defining goals, breaking them down into stages, creating schedules, and allocating resources;
• Assign tasks, supervise work, and resolve task or project conflicts;
• Track progress, manage budgets, control schedules, and handle change management;
• Maintain constant contact with technical teams, business representatives, and management to communicate progress and challenges;
• Identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies;
• Support implementation processes, UAT testing, and go-live management.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management, particularly in e-commerce and digital projects;
• Experience managing project teams including IT, business, and external vendors;
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• Strong skills in negotiation, organization, resource management, time management, and risk management;
• Analytical thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities;
• English language proficiency sufficient for working in an international team;
• Nice to have: knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies, business knowledge in e-commerce, experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM, or Marketing Automation, experience in integration projects between e-commerce, ERP, and logistics systems, experience in a similar role within a retail and e-commerce company.
