The Software Engineering Research Department integrates scientific innovation into JetBrains products by leveraging expertise in research and academic collaborations to keep tools at the forefront of technology.

• Craft and maintain robust processes to ensure projects deliver research outcomes efficiently and consistently;
• Provide comprehensive support to teams across various projects, handling administrative, organizational, and legal tasks;
• Act as a bridge for transparent and collaborative relationships between the team and other stakeholders;
• Utilize communication channels effectively to synchronize efforts and ensure alignment among all stakeholders;
• Analyze project tasks, verifying their completeness and accuracy to set the stage for success.

• Expertise in setting up and managing processes to navigate projects with high levels of uncertainty;
• Understanding of ML and AI principles;
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions and identify potential risks and challenges associated with ML/AI projects;
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
• Strong analytical capabilities to define scope and requirements;
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to evolving requirements;
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SDLC and frameworks, background as a system or business analyst.
