• Complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program;
• Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real-customer engagement scenarios;
• Lead customer engagement and monitor budget and spend;
• Oversee projects from initiation through delivery;
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget;
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with strategic customers and manage executive-level stakeholders;
• Drive the governance process in alignment with customers, SAP, and partners;
• Deliver outcomes for assigned sub-projects;
• Provide regular, clear status updates to managers or project leads;
• Build collaborative relationships and communicate across functions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Business;
• 1–3 Years of customer-facing experience in consulting, project delivery, or related roles;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable tools with analytical and data-driven reporting skills;
• Demonstrated project management experience or training;
• Experience with risk management, budget/resource allocation, and coordinating multi-party delivery teams;
• Proficiency in Polish and English;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile methods, MS Project, Jira, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
