PwC provides professional services in business consulting, helping clients solve complex problems and capture strategic opportunities through its Tech & Data practice.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, BI, and AI (including GenAI) initiatives, integrating strategy and execution across business and technical streams;
• Translate business needs into scalable D&AI architectures, roadmaps, and product backlogs;
• Manage delivery, ensuring quality execution and progress reporting within PMO structures;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including data engineers, BI developers, and AI/ML specialists;
• Develop key artefacts such as data models, governance frameworks, use cases, and solution blueprints;
• Support pre-sales activities, including opportunity shaping and solution positioning.

• BSc or MSc in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
• At least 6 years of experience in data and/or AI-focused strategy, transformation, and operations projects;
• At least 2 years of experience managing junior teams;
• Ability to lead C-level client relationships and shape transformation roadmaps;
• Proficiency with Microsoft ecosystems including PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot, and Agent Builder;
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, AI/ML, Generative AI, and key tools such as SQL, Python, and Power Query/BI;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese;
• Nice to have: Experience in business consulting.
