A global technology organization focuses on driving strategic initiatives and transforming complex ideas into actionable results through enterprise-wide change management and project delivery.

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of projects using structured methodologies;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and document project goals, KPIs, and deliverables;
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement, including external vendors and senior leadership;
• Drive change management strategies to facilitate adoption and optimize project impact;
• Track progress, produce planning documentation, and ensure smooth project handovers;
• Manage small to medium complexity initiatives with a global reach.

• 3-5 Years of experience in project or change management;
• Proficiency in project lifecycle methodologies and change management tools;
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills;
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities;
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects with a global impact;
• Familiarity with organizational change processes and testing coordination;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or related fields;
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and under pressure;
• Flexibility to engage with international teams and stakeholders;
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of project management certifications such as PMP or Agile, experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, industry knowledge related to business sectors, advanced data-driven decision-making skills, fluency in multiple languages.

• 80 EUR per hour (+VAT);
• 12 Months contract;
• 40 Hours per week;
• Office attendance required 2 days per week for meetings.
