• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams;
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, priorities, and task tracking boards;
• Organize and facilitate standups, sync meetings, sprint reviews, follow-ups, and planning sessions;
• Track milestones, dependencies, technical risks, and blockers;
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear next steps and aligned action plans;
• Ensure decisions, changes, and priorities are documented and communicated across teams;
• Support release planning, delivery coordination, and internal communication;
• Contribute to improving project structure, tracking, and execution in a SaaS environment.

• 2.5+ Years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role;
• Experience working in SaaS product development environments;
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical product delivery;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to structure information clearly and ensure effective follow-up;
• Proactive approach and experience working across multiple teams and priorities;
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools;
• English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience transitioning from a technical role into delivery management, experience in healthcare, biotech, clinical environments, or AI-driven products, understanding of AI system development, validation, or integration, hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
