Take ownership of card journeys and actively improve them;
Work with engineers to translate business needs into effective IT solutions, understand and challenge the technical implementation;
Turn customer insights, data, and business objectives into clear product choices;
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
Drive sustainable growth within the cards portfolio by attracting new customers and activating existing customers;
Take responsibility for outcomes and grow impact across the cards domain.
требования
3–5+ Years of experience in payments, cards, or equivalent product development in a complex organisation;
Understanding of debit and/or credit card products and the cards ecosystem;
Strong customer focus and data skills for using insights and metrics to drive product choices and commercial outcomes;
Ability to bridge business and IT, define clear requirements, understand solution trade-offs, and ensure technology choices support customer and commercial outcomes;
Care about customer experience and commercial value;
Comfortable working in complex, regulated environments;
Clear communication and ability to influence others across disciplines;
Ownership, curiosity, pragmatism, and an entrepreneurial mindset;
Fluent English;
Based in the Netherlands;
Nice to have: Dutch.
