• Develop, implement, and control marketing plans and long-range plans for the assigned products to maximize market share and achieve sales objectives;
• Define and follow up on the implementation of strategies and tactics for OTC products;
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize product life cycles;
• Propose new go-to-market approaches for launches and existing products and follow up on commercial implementation;
• Build media plans with agencies and track implementation against results;
• Communicate constantly with the International Brand Management team at HQ and local cross-functional teams;
• Act as a role model in line with ethical and compliance rules and promote the highest ethical and compliance standards.

• Medical University degree preferred;
• At least 3 years of Brand Management experience;
• Consumer healthcare or FMCG portfolio management experience;
• Experience with product launches;
• In-depth marketing knowledge;
• Trade marketing skills;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Ability to set ambitious objectives and stay highly focused;
• Integrity, tenacity, and adaptability in complex and changing environments;
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines;
• Strong capabilities in managing successful product launches;
• Ability to self-challenge and maintain a strong can-do attitude;
• Ability to analyze quickly and take action;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
