Gentoo Media is an affiliate in the online casino and sportsbook industry with a portfolio of products and services, including AskGamblers, Time2Play, CasinoTopsOnline, WSN, Casinomeister, and the SaaS brand-protection tool Sitebee.

• Collaborate with Lead and Senior PMs to define relevant Key Results (KRs) aligned with strategic Objectives;
• Facilitate the adoption of KRs within the cross-functional team to ensure total alignment on success metrics;
• Transform the backlog into a prioritized roadmap of hypotheses and experiments designed to impact Key Results;
• Facilitate agile rituals including sprint planning, reviews, and demos to maintain delivery cadence and team morale;
• Coordinate with the CRO function to design, implement, and analyze experiments such as A/B tests to validate ideas;
• Act as the primary point of contact for the cross-functional team, managing external requests and stakeholder updates.

• 2–3 Years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the casino and sport affiliate sector or related digital services;
• Proven experience driving products from discovery through to delivery and optimization;
• Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams of Developers, SEOs, and Designers in an Agile environment;
• Experience using data from experiments and web analytics to drive product improvements;
• Solid understanding of the online gambling industry, including its unique challenges and affiliate opportunities;
• Demonstrated agility in navigating rapid changes such as new regulatory requirements or market shifts;
• Proficient with the Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence, and data analysis tools including GA and GSC;
• Good understanding of software development processes and web technologies;
• Professional working proficiency in English, spoken and written;
• Skilled communicator able to adjust communication to different levels and stakeholders;
• Ability to empower the cross-functional team toward goals while managing stakeholder requests;
• Ability to use analytical thinking to break down Key Results into testable hypotheses and remain resilient during roadmap pivots;
• Ability to maintain high precision in defining sprint goals, documentation, and reporting progress to senior leadership;
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, professional certification in Product Management or Agile such as CSPO or PSPO.
