Develop and execute annual marketing plan strategies and translate upstream decisions into executional priorities;
Author strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch plans;
Communicate business reviews, marketing strategies, proposals, and recommendations;
Establish consistent communication with regional sales teams and act as the primary marketing point of contact;
Assess competitive dynamics and research product features and quality across the portfolio;
Identify and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs);
Represent the division at local, regional, and national customer meetings and host in-market interactions;
Gather and present customer segmentation, value proposition data, and market insights to influence go-to-market direction;
Drive the budgeting process cycle and support sales enablement, forecasting, and supply chain activities.
требования
Proven experience in product management, marketing, or a commercial role within the medical device or healthcare industry;
Strong understanding of the UK and Ireland healthcare landscape and customer base;
Experience engaging with and managing commercial relationships;
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to translate data and market insights into clear strategies and actionable plans;
Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland (up to 50% of the time).
