The FinTech business unit develops products and drives innovation to remove financial friction from the travel process, simplifying transactions for travelers and partners. The company is currently building AI-native products for finance, including natural language interfaces for financial data and autonomous agents for operational finance workflows.

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Natural Intelligence and Autonomous Finance products;
• Define product success metrics and ensure accountability for operational outcomes;
• Drive discovery by collaborating with finance subject matter experts to understand processes, data, and edge cases;
• Design individual agents and natural language query capabilities while identifying reusable platform infrastructure;
• Author high-fidelity intent artifacts and specifications for engineering and AI teams;
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Central Tech, and Data Engineering to prioritize and manage expectations;
• Translate complex finance domain challenges into clear product requirements using AI and automation;
• Communicate progress, risks, and roadmaps to senior stakeholders;
• Collaborate with other product teams to align on shared infrastructure and execution priorities;
• Leverage data analytics and experimentation to optimize agent accuracy and user adoption.

• Proven track record of shipping AI-native products in production;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels;
• Experience with spec-driven product development, including writing clear specifications with defined logic and edge cases;
• Solid technical understanding of AI/ML systems, LLMs, agent orchestration, and enterprise data platforms;
• Demonstrated experience in finance or fintech platforms, including ERP systems, reconciliation, forecasting, and compliance;
• Experience designing platform and governance layers such as agent registries and monitoring frameworks;
• Familiarity with agile delivery and ability to operate in ambiguity.
