• Own and manage marketing design projects from intake and scoping through delivery and launch
• Define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for designers
• Prioritize requests with Product and Development teams, balancing urgency, impact, and capacity
• Track progress and dependencies, and identify risks or blockers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate Marketing, Product, and Development priorities and execution
• Translate product and technical requirements into design and marketing briefs
• Facilitate check-ins, reviews, and feedback loops
• Oversee website launches and updates, coordinating design, content, and development changes
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across digital touchpoints
• Manage content updates across CMS, landing pages, and marketing platforms with designers and developers
• Establish and refine processes, templates, and tools for the marketing design workflow
• Maintain project tracking, status reporting, and post-launch documentation
• Support campaign execution, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed

• 2–4 Years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role
• Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Experience leading website and digital product launches in close collaboration with design and development teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflows
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience working remotely with global teams
