IT project manager in R&D labs

• Own the execution of complex digital, laboratory, and analytics projects using Mars’ PMX framework across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Translate business strategies into realistic project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations while managing inter-project dependencies.
• Maintain strict accountability for project budgets, scope, timelines, change requests, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Align scientists, enterprise architects, software engineering teams, and third-party vendors across diverse geographic regions.
• Run steering committees, project status reviews, and leadership escalations with clear, data-driven reporting.
• Oversee smooth handoffs into business-as-usual (BAU) operations, ensuring long-term value realization and user adoption.

• 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital capabilities (experience in CPG or adjacent manufacturing/scientific industries preferred).
• Functional understanding of core R&D scientific workflows, lab operations, and testing/innovation environments
• Proven track record running projects under both Agile and Waterfall frameworks within product- or matrix-driven organizations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors across multiple international regions and business segments.
• Hands-on expertise managing project budgets, resource planning, and formal change/risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline, with fluent professional English and strong executive presentation skills.
