IT project manager

Supercharge builds digital products for clients, delivering them from ideation through launch.

• Take end-to-end responsibility for project stages, from discovery and design through development and handover to support
• Understand technology-related issues and identify suitable solutions for clients
• Discuss technical details with teams and external clients
• Manage in-house and remote mobile, backend, and web frontend development teams
• Apply change management skills to unforeseen edge cases
• Explain how functions work to non-technical people and translate business requirements for technical teams
• Create functional specifications, detailed timelines, delivery plans, and risk and dependency mitigation plans
• Facilitate sprint planning and development processes
• Track project budgets, scope, and schedules
• Lead projects from initial discovery through delivery, aligning clients and developers
• Balance client expectations, project goals, and team needs when priorities shift or challenges arise

• 5+ Years of leading end-to-end projects in mobile, backend, or web frontend
• Experience successfully delivering a software project over a 9–12 month timeframe
• Experience with agile methodologies, including facilitating daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience using Jira, Slack, GitHub, and GitLab
• Fluent English
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including negotiation
• Experience building client relationships through client and account management
• Ability to take ownership of products from initial idea to polished digital experiences
• Ability to prioritize team morale and shield the team from uncertainty
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical outcomes
