Today we work on Printing and Software solutions. We are currently strengthening our team with an IT Project Manager / Team Leader to be assigned to our client.
задачи
Lead the Managed Services operation, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction;
Manage and develop Service Delivery, Support and Operations teams;
Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and continuous improvement processes;
Manage strategic clients, promoting relationships of trust and business growth;
Coordinate service transition, implementation and transformation projects;
Ensure the efficient resolution of critical incidents and escalations;
Monitor service profitability and optimise operational efficiency;
Collaborate with commercial and technical teams in defining and evolving the service offering;
Promote service management best practices, with a focus on quality, innovation and operational excellence.
требования
Experience in IT operations, telecommunications or managed services;
Experience in leadership roles;
Proven experience managing enterprise clients;
Experience in Cloud, Data Center or Telecom Operations environments.
