THERMOSPHR is a leading ClimateTech start-up in energy management for buildings in Europe. Our mission is to drive the energy transition in the real estate sector while improving occupants’ comfort. We combine thermodynamic modelling, Model Predictive Control, AI and electrical flexibility in a dynamic, predictive energy management service, reducing our clients’ energy consumption by an average of 20 to 30% within a few weeks. To date, we have optimised more than 2 million m² across Europe (offices, shopping centres, universities, warehouses), with a team of around twenty people from engineering, energy and software backgrounds.

• Support the Running and Onboarding phases
• Participate in site migration operations
• Contribute to systematic monitoring operations
• Help roll out action plans and KPIs

• You are in the final year of engineering school, with a background in building automation or energy, and an interest in automation, industrial computing or process engineering
• You are self-reliant and a fast learner
• You are looking for a career that you are passionate about
• You speak fluent French and have a good level of German. You are keen to do an internship in Berlin.
