• Administer, develop, and ensure the continuous operation of the clinic’s medical software, WebMed and Lisi
• Implement, integrate, and optimize software according to the clinic’s needs
• Administer and monitor the clinic’s servers, network infrastructure, routers, and databases
• Implement and manage information security, data protection, and backup and disaster recovery systems
• Ensure the proper operation of computer equipment, workstations, and network devices
• Create, administer, develop, and provide technical support for the clinic’s website
• Implement new digital products and online services, including developing a patient portal, online booking, and other systems
• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the clinic’s business goals
• Manage relationships with software vendors and external IT companies
• Prepare technical documentation and manage system updates and licenses
• Assess IT risks and plan preventive measures
• Organize technical support for users and provide IT training to employees
• Research new technologies and implement innovative solutions to improve the clinic’s operational efficiency

• Higher education in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and software
• Experience administering servers, network systems, routers, and databases
• Knowledge of web development, system integration, and cybersecurity
• Project management and teamwork skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
