• Lead discovery and development of digital financial products in a new market, including identifying product-market fit and defining the go-to-market approach
• Own product KPIs, including MAU, conversion rates, retention, and LTV, as well as selected P&L metrics such as revenue and profit margin
• Research industry trends, the competitive landscape, local specifics, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to market-entry assessment and preparation, including market sizing, product proposition, and the launch business case
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through research and data analysis
• Propose product initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals and justify them with a business case
• Manage, build, and develop the product management team as needed
• Drive product and feature development from conception to launch with the in-house IT team and local partners

• At least 6 years of product management experience in online, finance, insurance, and/or e-commerce
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of product managers
• Experience in the fintech sector
• Technical or financial background
• English C1 or better, with decent spoken fluency
• Data-driven decision-making, customer empathy, self-motivation, and a can-do attitude
• Good organizational and time-management skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-growing environment and adapt quickly to change
• Understanding of web and mobile app technologies and UX principles
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools
• Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional business projects and set and meet objectives and KPIs
