Growth product manager in e-commerce

A growing premium gifting and e-commerce company based in Yerevan is looking for a hands-on Product & Growth Manager to lead product development, customer experience, and growth initiatives. This is an ownership role for someone who can turn ideas and customer needs into clear priorities, coordinate execution across different specialists, and measure the resulting business impact.

• Maintain and prioritize the company’s product roadmap.
• Turn business ideas and customer feedback into actionable initiatives.
• Improve products, ordering, delivery, and the overall customer experience.
• Lead the development and launch of new products, services, and B2B offerings.
• Coordinate work between management, marketing, operations, and external partners.
• Lead marketing planning.
• Define success metrics and evaluate the results of launches and experiments.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Ensure initiatives progress from idea to execution, measurement, documented learning, and follow-up action.
• Keep priorities, documentation, ownership, and progress clearly organized.

• Experience in product management, growth, marketing management, e-commerce, or a similar ownership role.
• Strong ability to prioritize and convert broad ideas into realistic execution plans.
• Understanding of how product, marketing, operations, and customer experience contribute to growth.
• Confidence working with business metrics, funnels, CRM systems, and digital products.
• Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to take responsibility and follow initiatives through to completion.
• Practical, hands-on working style suitable for a growing business.
