Ethena Labs builds and deploys digital dollar products and financial infrastructure for a more open, efficient, and interconnected global financial system. Its offerings include USDe, a synthetic dollar backed by digital assets, USDtb, a payment stablecoin, and infrastructure for applications, chains, wallets, and exchanges.

• Lead and mentor two Product Managers, setting standards for product process, prioritisation, and quality;
• Own the flagship consumer product end to end, defining its vision, roadmap, and success metrics;
• Build a lightweight product operating system covering discovery, prioritisation, roadmaps, PRD standards, decision logs, and operating rhythm;
• Establish scalable support, risk, and compliance processes with legal teams across jurisdictions;
• Own the product budget and manage outsourced development and agency relationships;
• Scale the product team and operating culture as the business grows.

• Experience managing products with over 100K monthly active users;
• Experience mentoring or leading Product Managers in a lean or high-growth environment;
• Personally led and shipped payments or banking products;
• Deep understanding of consumer fintech measurement and retail user behaviour;
• Able to act as a credible peer to founders and take over product ownership from a technical founder;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Hands-on approach to writing specifications, reviewing flows, and analysing data;
• Strong UX judgment and design sensibility for complex customer-facing platforms;
• Comfortable delivering sophisticated products in ambiguous, fast-moving, and resource-constrained environments.
