The GCM Lead - HR is responsible for transition methodology and tools for supporting central tracking and program-level project management on behalf of the GCM Transition Head, while defining, maintaining, and enabling the transition methodology, standards, tools, and frameworks that underpin the GCM transition program. The role ensures consistent execution quality across all transition waves by providing teams with the guidance, templates, and reporting infrastructure they need.
