ERP delivery manager

• Support sales manager on presale phase by exposing expertise and preparing demo for potential clients
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
• Identify and manage project resources, both internal and external, including staff, vendors, and consultants
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with business objectives
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues

• Experience in ERP systems, with significant exposure to ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects, preferably implementation projects
• In-depth understanding of any of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc
• Strong leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and guide them through complex projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and team members
• Ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions
• Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Expertise in leading change management efforts during ERP implementation to ensure smooth adoption by users
• Fluent English (B2+)
