• Coordinate packaging switches with category managers, the design team, and suppliers
• Plan design capacity for upcoming product launches and adjust plans as priorities shift
• Check designs to ensure changes are correctly applied and comply with packaging laws and regulations
• Ensure final artwork meets visual standards and aligns with the brand
• Challenge stakeholders who miss deadlines or fail to provide complete project documentation
• Keep stakeholders informed about timings, plans, and deadlines

• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in project management or coordination
• Connect teams and processes effectively
• Stay structured in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts and strict deadlines
• Confidently challenge people who do not meet agreements
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, action-oriented mindset
• Fluent English
